Omnichannel Statuses

This page describes the various status values used in Omnichannel subscriptions and transactions.

Subscription Statuses

Omnichannel subscriptions can have the following statuses:

  • active - Subscription is currently active
  • cancelled - Subscription has been cancelled
  • expired - Subscription has expired
  • paused - Subscription is temporarily paused

Transaction Statuses

  • success - Transaction completed successfully
  • pending - Transaction is being processed
  • failed - Transaction failed
  • voided - Transaction was voided
